Itacor designs and manufactures general job hot dip galvanizing plants, in all arrangements, starting from green field or placing the plant inside existing shops, focusing on maximum performances of the plant, always together with operation reliability and safety.
Scope of supply includes:
- power stations, for plant power feeding and distribution (including power backup systems like UPS and genset);
- materials handling: gantry cranes, shuttles, jigging stations, handlers;
- chemical pretreatment: open bath or enclosed bath arrangement, with acid mist s depleting systems. Manual or automatic management.
- Dryer: tunnel type drying/warmup oven powered with hot air, including heat exchanger for energy recovery from galvanizing furnace exhaust;
- Galvanizing furnace: unique design multiple nozzle technology, for the best production performance and the longest service life of the kettle all over the world;
- White fumes damping system : fixed enclosure arrangement for longitudinal layout furnaces, or roll up/down curtains arrangement for transverse layout furnaces. Dry filtering equipment with baghouse filters without lime addition, or wet filtering systems with single or multiple stage scrubbers;
- Post-treatment : special facilities for white rust protection and prevention (so called “passivation”) without chromium and SHVC sustances.
