Drying/preheating oven is necessary to dry steel parts before dipping into molten zinc,
fake watches and to warm up them to prevent thermal shock and to save energy from the galvanizing furnace. In order to get a good performance it’s compulsory a good design of the oven: Itacor offers 4, 5 and 6 jigs positions ovens, according to production programme, with indirect hot air heating through thermal recovery from galvanizing furnace flue gas, or through specific hot air generating equipment.
The ovens are equipped with loading/unloading sliding doors and jigs chain conveyors, hydraulically operated, with a very strong design for heavy duty operation. Working temperatures up to 115°C, with automatic temperature control.
